Uncle Lim Penang Char Kuey Teow
A generations-old recipe that hails from Penang. Uncle Lim, who is 64 years old, brings his 40 years of experience in selling Penang hawker food. He started his career at Bukit Mertajam, and eventually moved to KL. For 20 years, Uncle Lim operated his stall at Top Kitchen in Bukit Maluri, Kepong.
With all these experiences, he brings with him to Hawker Hall his wonderful Penang varieties such as char kuey teow with fresh sea prawns, cantonese beef noodles, mee mamak, cendol, Nyonya grilled fish, and more to come.
